Default 2002 Deuce speedometer help. ????

02 Deuce. Speedometer has random operation. Jumps all over. I have replace the speed sensor 3 times, replaced wiring from sensor to speedo. Checked voltage from regulator was good. Checked all grounds. Works 80% of the time. New speedo part is not available from Harley. Want to keep my miles the same for bike value. Can I use a speedo from standard siftail the same year part # 67033-99? Or any help on this problem?

Dakota Digital makes a digital one that is programmable for miles and has a tach on it.

My 02 Deuce has speedo problem too. If I didn't want to spend $ on teh Dakota Digital what part number speedo will work? Mine is carb. Found this on eBay and wasn't sure if it fits (even though seller says it will): http://www.ebay.com/itm/Bikers-Choic...990ea9&vxp=mtr

Have you checked the fuses for corrosion. There is one feed that permanently live and the fuse blades are prone to corrosion.

You can use a 2000-2004 5" speed from any Softail or Road King. Plug and play.
