I don't know it to be fact, but there should not be any reason they wouldn't interchange. The only thing to look for would be the bearing size. Older models use 1" and newer models use 25mm. I am not 100% sure on the year they chaged, but I have read 2008.

So does anyone think there would be any major issues with swapping out both my front and rear wheels for those of a Slim? I figured I should ask in case I manage to get a hold of both. The only reason I would be interested in doing that is because I know the hubs on the Slim are black and the Bones' are polished. If I can get both wheels to match that would be ideal but I want to make sure both wheels would work on my scoot. Can't imagine why the front wouldn't but...

Cool. So that's a 160/16? I thought about a Dyna Street Bob wheel which is a perfect match as far as style but I was put off by the fact that it was a 160. I really wanted to push as far away from a 200 as possible. However, looking at your scoot, it doesn't look too bad at all. What year is your sled?

You can run a street bob wheel and just run a narrower tire.

will the street bob wheel bolt straight up to a softail though? I have an 02 Night Train and am also looking at street bob wheels (little wider than stock and spoked with black rim = perfect) Also how wide are the street bob/blackline/slim rear wheel widths? i know i have a 16X3" currently.

subscribing. My Slim rear might be up for grabs in the near future, but I have to wait until I can get my wheel swapped. I was at the dealership, and they made it seem like a big deal to install the RSD fender tracker kit because the Crossbone belt is 20mm and the Slim belt is 24mm, which might cause rubbing issues. Which then they have to do the belt and a bunch of other trial and error to make it all fit. I kinda of gave up on that idea.

Plus I don't want to use there unfortable RSd seat, which I'm seeing from the reviews. I'm supposed to see another guy, an Indy after the holiday and hopefully he will give me some other options. If I can stay some what stock and do a street bob rear with a 160, or 180 that will be great.
