I say "let the ring-bearer decide..."
Well, I would rather err on the easier side to keep the game moving along instead of it sitting stagnant for days. But I also think that the person who set the challenge should have the final decision on if a pic meets the terms of the challenge. I could have probably met the classic bike challenge that was a bust but it would have been a couple days after it was decided to move on. So, like I said, it should be up to the challenger to decide if the golf ball sign is acceptable or not, or to bag it as uncompleted.
