Jiffy stand hitting frame
I have a '12 CVO Convertible. The jiffy stand has repeatedly struck the frame rail that it chipped through the paint to the frame. I have touched up the area with paint and a top coat, and put two zip ties there to take the brunt until a better solution can be found.
Upon examining the bumper pad attached to the jiffy stand it looks like it makes just a little contact with the primary cover and does not prevent the stand from hitting the frame.
Does anyone else have this problem? I rubber bumper attached to the frame or a wider and taller bumper pad on the stand would solve the problem.
