How do you come to that conclusion? It's supposed to be the successor of 70900100B that is no longer listed. At least the MoCo says 70900100C fits FXSB...

It came in the mail today. I installed it tonight and 70900100C definitely works on the Breakout
Just did the new style 5" on my 14 FatBoy and just plug and play. Much easier than the old days just due to the fact that the ECM stores the mileage. Hardest part was getting the new speedo into the base and not messing up the rubber gasket!
If anybody needs the stock black speedo for any reason they can have mine for shipping. Only shows 600 miles on the mileage.
