Hey boys I have a 2011 Blackline and I'm looking to swap out the front fender with a long boy. It has the stock MH90-21 54H Tire and was wondering if a 4.25" wide fender will work with that tire or if it is too narrow? Looks like the stock fender is 4.25" but doesnt wrap the sides as much as the long boy. Either I could do the 4.25" with 1-3/8" spacers on each side or move to the 4.75" wide fender and go with 1-1/8" spacers. Just wondering if I can get away with the 4.25" or if it is too narrow?
I was reading a bunch of old threads from Chazmanian after someone on here told me if I were ever bored to read his old threads. Man I wish I wouldv'e been around when he was still with us. Seems like he was one bad *** dude. I saw he was running this fender and it looks killer so I thought I'd look into it. Never new him, but I wish I could have. RIP brother.
Well I kept digging and finally found Abbinc83's thread which sort of answered my question. - He originally bought the 4.75 and didnt like the width so he switched to the 4.25. Just thought I'd share if anyone else was looking.
