Hey Bone Doc, Hooch and others, yes I removed the front light bar in order for those Ness fork boots to fit. I have a Brother that runs a machine shop back in Ohio and the next time we see each other he is going to take it into work and cut a small piece off it for me. Now that's it's off though, I like the way it looks without it. I do want a little more light up front as well as blinkers so I will probably looking for someplace else to mount them. I have put a good 400, 500 miles the past two days on my bike. I am more then pleased above and beyond what even I thought I might be. The Apes are awesome and with everything done internally it just looks so clean up front. It handles much better, in my opinion, even when it tight spaces. The pipes sound good but I hope after the Dyno and cutting them down it sounds even better. As for the ceramic coated pipes? Any exhaust pipe is going to get hot but I pulled over and stood straddling the bike in place, the pipe was up against my left leg and with jeans on. It was there a good 45 seconds and it didn't burn. It got hot but it didn't burn my leg. Also, as I have told someone else, the heat off of the motor is hotter then the heat off of the exhaust pipe itself. When sitting at a light it was easy to tell where 90% of heat was coming from and that was the heat off of the motor. TO ME, not to anyone else, It was worth the 125.00 to get them done.

Those bars look great fully internal, was it a bitch to run it all inside? I had a hell of a time just internally running my wiring.

That's why I love reading his threads/posts. He never leaves anything out. He gets to the point and puts down whatever is on his mind especially if you ask him for advice. I did many of times and he explains in detail what it consists of and the level of difficulty. If he doesn't know he asks around and he does get back to you with an answer. Great job Tony...
