I live in Washington state and recently purchased a 04 Fat boy that was is bad need of some TLC. I picked it up cheap, so cheap I am embarrassed to tell you what I paid for it. There was some delayed maintenance and a few repairs items, but it is a good runner and excited to get it back from the shop. Because of the time of year the local shops are super busy and with tires on back order until aug 13th my first ride will have to wait. We do nto get many days of sunshine riding weather so it is killing me to wait.
Thanks to all that have shared on the forum the information is already useful. It is basically stock and if I can scrape some $$ together for upgrades I think I will get a padded sissy bar for when the OL rides with me and I think a set of 12" "Carbini" (spelling) Flying Apes. I think the curve for those are very nice.
I have never owned a vtwin as much of my like has been on sport bikes, so with my aging body I needed more comfort and of course Harley is the only way to go.
