From my 2004 manual- caliper:28-38 ft-lbs, front rotor: 16-24 ft-lbs, rear rotor: 30-35 ft-lbs. Tighten the rotor bolts in a crisscross pattern as on a car wheel.

I've been working on cars my whole life, but this is my first bike. Thinkin I'm gonna go ahead and get a manual. Went to the dealership and they said they'd have to order it and guy was legitimately suprised when I said it was a 2000 like he was suprised at the age. So, wondering if anyone has used the Clymer's manuals and how good they are.

I have both. Get the H-D one. Much better in details on specific year of your bike. I've seen them for 2000s on eBay.
EDIT- In fact, here is one:

Downloaded a pdf of Harley manual for my model from tradebit. Only paid $5 and downloaded immediately. Now I can search the manual on my computer and print out pages to take out to shop and work on bike.

Best part is my wife can't "put it away" somewhere, never to be seen again.
