Just got my Phase 7 headlight today to install in a Fatboy headlight bucket. It seems to be a loose fit and the LED lamp has play. Tightened the 3 screws on the inner ring and tightened the trim ring as well but still feels loose. The stock bulb I took out fit perfectly with no play. Any suggestions?
My LED headlight required the use of a rubber piece to tighten it inside, are you sure yours did not come with one ?
At first I thought it was used to secure it inside the package and did not install it, at first 'stop sign' the vibration of the light , freaked me out, came back home, tried to insert the rubber piece, et voila... it worked like a charm

My aux. lights were like that.
They came with four strips of what looked like peel-n-stick weather-stripping.
Once I figured out what they were for (the instructions for whatever reason made no mention of them), they fit nice and tight.
Ah, that's probably what I get for buying the Trucklite version and not the Kuryakyn one! No rubber pieces in the box. It looks like the tabs are just a tad bit smaller than the notches in the headlamp housing so I'll just find some rubber strips to make it fit tighter. Thanks!
Kuryakyn and Trucklite phase 7 LEDs are one in the same.
If you look under the title it says "by trucklite" http://www.kuryakyn.com/Products/420...-Passing-Lamps
I would just give them a call and tell them that it did not come with the required rubber gasket
