Question Please help with my DIY HFSM install

My Night Train does not have the security system installed, only the TSM.

I bought the Hands Free Security Module (68207-07) which came with two Fobs, and I bought the Security System Smart Siren II Kit.

I called my local dealer and he said he could assign both Fobs for a small fee of $40

Now for the questions.

1) Does the new HFSM ship with their two Fobs assigned?

2) Reading the details in the service manual section 3.25 it says that after installing a new HFSM you need to go through the "Password Learn" which takes a total of 30 minutes, and then to proceed with the actuation as described in section 3.3 which is the dealer setting the PIN picked by the owner and assigning the FOB's - could I go through the password learn and drive to the dealer for him to do the rest, or would I need to ride there and swap the TSM out with the HFSM and then let him do their part?

Further searches today came up with the answers that I was looking for in the below thread.

Installed the HFSM and Smart Siren yesterday, went through the 30 minute Password Learning, and entered my PIN.
Without FOB's assigned the system cannot arm, so it's quite safe to go ahead and do this part yourself.

Took it to Bluegrass Harley Davidson in Louisville this afternoon and they paired the two FOB's to the bike for a total of $37.50

Put a piece of paper inside the spare FOB to stop the battery running down.

I have the HFSM antenna installed loosely under the seat, and would welcome someone with a Night Train (or similar) showing where the antenna mounting bracket and antenna are fitted.

I'm thinking of doing away with the mounting bracket and just sticking the antenna down with 3M outdoor mounting tape.
