I ordered +6 throttle/idle, +8 clutch, +8 'ez align' brake line, and +8 NAMZ plug n play extensions.

Going on a 2013 slim, kind of took a educated guess after looking around think these should be ok?

 

I went with the Burly extension kit for my 14" apes. Perfect fit. Not sure what the extension measurements were, but they looked longer than some of those you listed. I could also be wrong as it's been a while since I had all that done.
