Default 07 Night Train Colors

I have been lookin at new FXSTBs at the dealership. Just curious as to what you all think are good colors for the Night Train. I like the vivid black and the black denim, but am curious as to how the denim bikes are looking after some use. I would like to see a pewter denim and a black pearl up close, but no luck.

Thanks,
Brent.

As a former NT owner....and I do miss that bike dearly at times.......have to say Black......vivid....denim...whatever....the bike just looks good dark with a bit of chrome here and there to set it off......no offense to the 'colored' NT owners....just that any color produces a whole different personality on that bike.......just my opinion.......and I'm not even ridin' the train any longer....!!!!

Get into trouble with the NT folk....but really like the FXSTC much better....keep in mind that the train was an '04.......88in. 5-speed........the 6-speed and extra torque of the 96in. motor is definitely a nice move.....and I do like the 200mm rear tire.........but all these features are on the new NT....so that being said.....liked the drag bars...but the mini apes are much more comfortable over long rides......and I see many here are swapping out their stock NT bars as well.....just a different ride/seat position as well....overall I'm happy with the Custom......but do see some nice trains that always make me feel a bit saddened.....!!!!

I hope I don't offend everyone, butwhat's upwith the guidelines?
Just because the engine and struts are black, suddenly the bike has to follow everybody elses inheret theme?
Really, think about it, what is so different about a Custom except a chrome primary, a cam cover and some rocker boxes, a marshmallow seat and Wide Glide bars? A few cheap and easyparts either way, and that's it. It's just a platform to build off of.
Maybe some guys like me love the look of a black engine, I know I do, I just don't care for the same old blacked out theme. Just too many out on the streets for me...

I love to see a DeLuxe with chrome mags on white walls, and a good old fashioned Low Rider with the classic Dyna lines painted up special.
The more you follow someone elses preceived guidelines, the more boring the world can be.
Do what turns you one, and not someone else.
