I used the Burly kit on my 2013 Deluxe when I installed my 16" bars. However, keep in mind that Burly measures their kits based off a 2" riser. I retained the stock 4.5" pullback riser on my bike so I purchased the 18" kit. Worked out very nice for me even though my overall height is 20.5".
I also opted for the plug & play wire extensions from Harley so I didn't have to splice into the wiring as you have to due with the Burly kit. If you go with Burly bars keep in mind that the larger connector on the Harley kit won't fit through the pre-drilled holes in the bar. I ended up soldering this end but the smaller plug does fit. This translates to: I soldered the end that connects to the controls but I can still unplug the bars from the bike's harness if I need to remove the bars.
I used Magnumshielding cables on mine with 14" LA choppers hefty apes on stock risers. I went +8 on throttle and idle and +6 on clutch cable. For the wires I used Namz +10 plug and play extension. Front brake line can be tricky depending on ABS or not.
If you know what bars and risers your going to use that would help a bunch to figure what you need.

Gonna go with either the LA's like yours or maybe Wild Ones. Sticking with a stock height riser, no ABS
I went with LA Choppers because I didn't want to buy new risers. They also sell a complete cable and brake line kit for their 14" bars. Lines and cables are from Barnett cable and have a nice black color. For around $200. Kit# LA-8110KT-16B
