Possibly Magazi Black rectangular mirrors. On Amazon for $55.

They do look promising.

I got some extenders from Soos-Kit for long stem H-D mirrors (http://sooskits.com):

This is a one piece mirror extension made from 6061 aluminum. It has a black anodized finish. Fits all Harley Davidson stock mirrors and after market mirrors with the thread size listed below. It extends the height of the mirror just over 2". The internal and external threads are 5/16-24. The lower stud portion is 1.5" in length. Sold as a pair.
