Struts were the toughest part

the pipes are V&H stepped drags, got them for a song 70 bucks new in the box....
Its a 200mm but I didnt like the look of some of the stock fenders so i went "over" the horns with the stretch and made
my own struts out of 1/2" 6061 aluminum and heat bent them to fit the fenders.
The struts after final sand and polish will get p-coated black to blend in with the fender.
I plan on doing this for a tailight, just a different logo http://www.cycleconnections.com/arti...23&ID=1184
