I live in Europe and unfortunately they decided we need that horrible center-mount plate-thingy to hold on to the license plate. It's a very cheap solution and therefor I really want to buy the side-mount as seen on the USA models. But I can't find it anywhere.
Does anybody have any tips? Or a part-number? I really want the original Harley version, no Küryakyn parts.
Good thing you told me that, almost forgot In total I have ordered parts 67900145, 67900117, 68702-07 and 67800223. So besides the bolts I should have the complete kit.
67900145 should include 67900117 per the OEM part finder. You should not have to order that separate. 67900145 LICENSE PLATE BRACKET w/ 67900117 | BF5/BFV
You were right 24V. Luckily they let me change my order at HD New Castle. So below is the list of items I've ordered that you need to make the mod from international to domestic. One can choose not to order 69490-07, since it's the same reflector as you already have on the international installation and to not order 59500108, but cut of your original international inner support instead. I've chosen not to bother, since those are not exactly the most expensive parts.
Thanks but I was really after a "close up" of the USA bracket and mounting to the left indicator. I have a solo bag on the side of my bike and I need to be sure it aint going to clash.
Is that a light on the side of the plate?
