Bet it'll throw some people off who are trying to determine what kind of scoot it is. With that 2003 anniversary tank, the breakout wheels and 250 wide tire kit.
I have a 240 on my '02 Deuce and people are always trying to figure out what model it is.
Curious how you were able to make the belt guard work with the minimal belt to tire clearance. Any close up pics of that would be greatly appreciated!
Looks awesome man! Have you thought about maybe chopping that front fender? I think a smaller one would make it look better! But overall I love it!
Actually, I think you're right. I may mod it at some point to streamline it a little more and make it look a little more custom.

Thanks you guys. Been spending a lot of time here just reading through the different work people have done and getting ideas. This bike is still a work in progress as all bikes are I guess. I'll update as I do more.

Do you have any other plans for it?

SKT,
I love your bike man! You're one of my inspirations! About the belt guard, it goes on without any mods with this Heartland swingarm. The clearance is really tight close to the tire and the pivot mount of the swingarm, but there is plenty of clearance where it mounts. Sorry, I didn't get a chance to take pics. I'll post some pics later.
Thanks! Hoping to do a little more to the front end in the future.

Yeah, I originally got them because this process was totally a budget build. Trying to find parts at the lowest prices possible. Now that they're on, I really like them.

Thanks! The clearance belt to tire and belt to the pivot part of the swingarm are very close. I may consider going to a thinner pulley and belt in the future. Right now though, they're close but without any rubbing issues.
