Found an HD part number that will solve the problem:
pn 98539-04V Y-plug adaptor, is a coax y- adaptor ($10 MSRP) that has 1 male end and 2 female ends.
The male end would plug into my existing female end on the bike, that is connected to a harness that runs to the battery.
One female end would accept the male end from the electric vest.
The other female end would be cut off and spliced to the seat harness black and red wires.
This allows both the vest and the seat to draw power. The vest then has its own off-on switch on its harness, and the seat has its own on-off switch on the side of the seat.
When dismounting from the bike, only the vest male connector gets pulled off the y-adaptor. The seat connector remains undisturbed.
Hey guys.. thought I'd post here since you guys have the same bike. I'm going to be selling my V&H Big Radius 2 into 2 exhaust(Black) for anyone interested. $600 shipped in the U.S. I'm also going to be selling my 107 kit with Fuel Moto PC pistons, woods 222 cam's and night prowler lifters. I'm going to a 117 so I won't be able to use any of this. My 107 kit only has 200 miles on it(Practically New) and the combo with the cams is great.
Ok, here are some photos. Remember, I have not actually ridden with it yet, so cannot comment no who well it works. Mine also has a few customized features, and I'll cover those in the full review in a few days.

Seat isn't bad at all compared to the original that they released.......function over form.
what tuner are you all using and why did you pick that one? I have a 2014 Breakout CVO and the main thing I want to turner for is to keep it up to date and to put pipes on it. I'm going to be doing all the work myself so want one that will work well for that.
I have a power vision on mine. The dealer tuned it for me and it feels and sounds pretty spit on. I need to actually plug it into the bike and play around with it though
I'll be doing a review on my new Corbin seat (with electric heat!) in a few days, after I've had a chance to ride with it enough to make meaningful observations.
Here's a teaser photo:

Bill: If you PM me and provide your email address, I can forward to you, via email, a copy of the invoice showing all options and customizations. Corbin did everything except the electric heat for free - you just need to ask for it. Total cost, shipped, was $718. PM me your email address.
