Finally I see how the Blackline console chromed looks like! I like it very much! Looking forward to receiving my chromed console too!
I don't think it's too thick and definitely much better than the stock BO and CVO ones, IMHO. The black'n'chrome Bar&Shield logo located in the center of the console recalls the same logo enamelled on the tank side emblems. Even happier now to have gone along this path thanks also to 24V and H_C with whom this idea first came out!

You don't think big fake *** hoses running out of the front of it is "accenting an accessory piece"? The standard Breakout console seems cheap to me with all the plastic. Maybe if they smoothed the tank and only used the chrome metal part of the console.
That would be the best "smooth the tank" minimal console - the better. Way better than even the CVO console.
Actually Johnny Condo was the first. Many thanks to him for trying it before we had the ***** to drop the cash.
I was meaning the "chromed" version, if you remember the idea came out while we were talking about the console options. Anyway thanks to jhonnycondo for the great idea to use the Blackline console!
