I wanted to do that too but the dealer told me not to block airflow to the finned voltage regulator... what do you think? What bag is that? looks good.
I think it gets plenty of airflow and haven't noticed any issues so far... Not sure which bag it is except that it's a harley branded leather one. It came on the Nightster I bought years ago and I kept it when I traded in for the BO.

If you need one of those you should think about what might be wrong with your exhaust
IMHO a classy exhaust is loud enough to deliver the potato, potato with distinction but quiet enough to make haters work for it . "A ballet of the senses", if you will. Air horns are for show and crow .
