Longer forks and apes, and you just turned a drag bike into a quick chopper. Others have bags and a windshield for an fx styled cruiser. I personally really dig the drag style and can't stand apes. BUT, I can appreciate everyone else's idea of the right personal styling for them. Some people are even just happy with stock; and good for them too.
I would hesitate to say what any bike is *supposed* to be even on harley's concepts. To me, it is just a replacement to the rocker (same rough frame) with a different look. The differentiation on it from the other softails when it was released was that 240 tire. And without other bikes to play around with like the softail standard, the BO is the ideal softail platform to go any direction with it...as evidenced by a lot of bikes in this thread. Some of the best looking bikes here are ones with apes. all about the look your going for.

Now...I am wanting to incorporate the new handlebar clamp into my 2015 breakout. I will likely be ditching my carlini bag drag bars in the process. Anyone have the part numbers for that setup?

A couple pages back I posted a couple short risers that will allow you to keep your current top clamp. (It's nice this way because you can change them again without changing the entire handlebar clamp)... I know they ship from Germany, but my parts typically arrive at my door in 2-3 days

Yup. Already have those risers. What I want to do is get the new handlebar clamp (the digital one) for 2018s and incorporate it into the burleigh roller bars for breakouts.

Thought I'd post this for anyone looking to do an s&s 124 kit , 124 inch kit out of the box as delivered. I haven't seen anyone do one in a breakout yet. This is the kit with 10.8 to 1 compression and 640 cams. I added the 58 mm se throttle body with 5.3 injectors from hpi. R&R overflow air cleaner, and used my same bobcat 2n1 pipe. Tuned with a powervision. I also added an oil cooler and a barnett scopion bullet clutch kit. California pump has friendly, and with minimum effort 15 more horse and torque could be had easily. Not needed imo.

Any Machining to the cases for that 124 kit? Any details on the process. Looking at upgrades down the line for my 110. A T124 would be nice but no B motor variants sadly from S&S in crate form
