Not sure this is an answer but my dealer tried doing it by just lowering the splash guard and ended up pulling the tire. My guess is pulling the tire is what the book calls for.

Wicked mate!! Finally, I been hanging to see some one black the breakout wheels out for some time now, and it looks great. You've really set your BO out from the crowd, well done!

It's crazy how my wider an extra 10mm can look, I'm going to run a 210 on my train when the 200 wears out

They are mountain bike pedals that had the threads cut off, and the ends of the stock pegs welded on in place.

Thanks Ink. It is actually more than 10mm, that's why it looks so different. It is closer to 20mm wider.

The frame and swingarm are the same on both bikes. I've had the rear tire off a million times for tires, bearings, and switching back and forth between wheels but I've done the ecm by just pulling the fender and splash guard. Granted, you have to work around the tire, but there is room on the right side to get your arm in there. My tins are off for paint, I'll post a pic later when I get home. I have a Thundermax in mine and had to take it back out for repair of the autotune.

The siren connects to the security module which is right next to the ecm. Fyi, that module has a level sensor to know if the bike tips or moves. If it isn't put in place during a test start, it can act weird.

I would definitely call them on it because the HD version (that I have seen on other bikes) are nicer since as you pointed out the controls are moved forward versus just a plate. Not that the AN is bad, it's just that the HD is better in my opinion, aesthetically. So if you pay for it, you should get it.

So no mods needed anywhere? It just fits? I need a new rear tire, maybe I will do the same. so I just look for 250 Dunlop Elite? My front still has plenty of tread - is it ok to keep it or should I replace both at the same time?

Your bike looks awesome!
