Default Breakout stock height

Can one of you who has a breakout at stock height please give me a floor to fender height? I am now curious to know how much mine lowered. Also, if one of you who owns one with shotgun shocks please give me a floor to fender height when the bike is slammed. Thanks!

Did a quick measurement and with it on the jiffy stand, floor to the highest point on the fender (under the support arm, kinda in line with the hub bolt) mine is 21.5". Measured on the left side of course. If you want it measured another way lemme know.

The 422's you used were they the regular or the RAP version? What's your share of solo and 2-up riding?

That measurement works for me. After lowering it I became extremely curious as to how low I went. I wanted to go about 1 ź from original height. But I think it went down slightly more. Thanks for the measurement!

EagleRay, I went with the non RAP 422. I ride 98% Solo. My wife has only been on the bike twice and I dont think she will get back on unless I get a sissy bar.

Well I guess the bike didn't go as low as I thought. Its around 20.5. So it went down around one inch. Good to know cause I was thinking I lowered it too much. Thanks again.

Glad to help. I eventually want to go shotgun on mine but waaay too many other things in line sucking up my money right now. My wife rides with me a lot, so not sure how other lowering options would work.

Yeah, I will be getting shotgun shock in about one year. I just couldn't wait that long to get the bike looking the way I wanted. Thanks again.

Thanks Asputin! That pretty much means that I lowered it exactly how much I wanted to lower it.
