Default New look for the Train

My Night Train is farther yet from stock! As you can see from my sig pic, it now has a Fatboy ('06) rear fender (also have the front), and a custom front fender (picked it up for $10!). Currently the front is painted semi-gloss, as I'm deciding whether to go with it, or the Fatboy front. I just got 'em on today, so I'll ride it like this for a while. I'm also deciding whether or not to install my low-profile, smoked-lens LED taillight. One of my next steps will be to eliminate the chrome around the taillight, and black out the turn signals and headlight. That oughta make it pretty evil!

That is sweet. The only thing I have never liked about Night Trains is the rear fender. Very Cool!!!

Thanks for the comments!

The Fatboy fender was a bolt-on, although the taillight/turn signal plugs are slightly different. I used the plug from the stock taillight, and tied that in with the Fatboy light. Not a big problem at all. If I'd gotten the Fatboy taillight harness, it would have been a little easier, but my buddy used it for the Deluxe fender on his Fatty.

I found, too, the front will be a bolt-on, if and when I decide to install it.

I like that rear fender. I updated my train just recently with some pinstripe, spike covers and some 3-D skull rocker covers. I've been trying to think of what I want to do next and I like the rear fender but post some pics when you add that new tailight. Would like to see how low profile it sits.

Thanks,

It'll probably be a while before I swap out the light (have to take the fender off again!), but, to give you an idea, on the stock fender, the low-profile light just barely stuck out past the fender lip. With the smoked lens, it almost wasn't there at all. It's the Kuryaken part. Unfortunately, it wasn't the brightest thing, so it may just stay off.

That back fender makes that bike look tough as nails. If I had a NT that would be a must have mod for sure! I like the air cleaner as well. That bike is a Harley to the core
