RSD Tracker with 07 Factory Frame Horns

RSD Tracker with 07 Factory Frame Horns
Does anyone know if the RSD Tracker rear fender will fit the factory frame horns on an 07 Softail? I've been looking at the Tracker as well as the Custom Chrome Shorty which both claim to be 9" fenders. The Custom Chrome fender bolts up to the factory frame horns so I would assume the Tracker would as well but I havent heard of anyone doing it. My plan is to try and keep my factory frame horns for the time being and shorten my strut covers to keep a clean look. Thanks in advance.

Don't know whether you can bolt the tracker fender straight on to the frame, but I would imagine you could as its longer say than the usual Heartlands fender, but some frame horns are now bolted on not sure whether it was 07 or 08 Harleys started doing that.
