So I got the frame the part which holds my rear fender now I want a rear fender so I can have a 2 seater on. My question is do I have to weld it or are there other things I can use instead? So I don't have tone weld it
So you are saying the original part of the frame was cut off? I cut mine off knowing that it was forever a single seat bike from that point. Some more experienced may chime in than me
Any competent frame dude can do it. any incompetent frame dude...that's a sorry story, brother
Get competent help. Online advice is ok, but you need an "Elmer" to steer you right - a real person not too far away who know the score and the relevant trade skill.
In my nearby town there is a shop that builds bikes. I mean they build from tube they buy at the steel supply - and any engine they want. Such shops exist anywhere there are men and a little money - anywhere in the world. Many are very able. Find one. This is my suggestion... You will make friends, maybe, and definitely learn, too. I am a good welder/fabricator and have many years of experience, but little directly building bikes... I would do the job for myself...but probably not for anybody else. This because I have not built a tube frame or modified one for years. Get it. Expert advice is the only kind to take - go to expert. Know limits. Know theirs.
Yeah exactly. Are those bracket supports any good or strong for someone else to sit on? Any recommendations?
bracket supports??? you mean the piece of junk that bolt onto the outside that hold the lights on??
NOPE!!! you need the frame rewelded.
depending on where the frame is cut you can still run a two up seat, just need the proper fender. I cut my frame and have a 1.5 seat (lol). The tsunami fender from Lowbrow has the same curve as the stock fender but its made for chopped frames.

I've been contemplating the the tsunami fender but my only stint with it is that it sits so high from the tire.
