My feet didn't hit the ground till the late 70's. I will put the flat track event on the to do list.......along with the bikini bike wash and a couple of well known rides in the area. Thanks for the info.
Yea, Sturgis is the closest place for us to get a bike wash. We're in the middle of nowhere and the bikinis only come out for a short time up here.
Gotta get while the gettin's good.
I wonder why the moderator hasn't moved this thread over to the "road trip" forum because that seems like the norm when the thread isn't directly related to softails.
I for one though look at this softail forum as a place where like minded riders like myself can come and chat about the hobby we all love, our bikes and riding them. OK I've said my peace.
As for Sturgis, the Wife and I are heading up this year a month earlier so we can enjoy more of the Black Hills riding without all the crowds. We are already planning on being at the 75th Rally in 2015. I was there for the 50th when I was only 27 and I still remember how big that rally was. The 75th is already looking like the biggest one ever!!!!!
SHORT BIKINI SEASON!!!???? I'm starting a prayer chain for ya.
Blueraven,
I don't know the why's or why nots. I was checking to see who all from the softail forum was rollin' to sturgis this year as well. Maybe that's why? I'm good with it.......this is where I hang mostly.
