Sounds like you are pretty in line with me. My 06 kicked out 73hp and 76tq when I had it tuned.

Purple - Who did your dyno? I think you said D&D machine...If so do you have a number for them? I was looking for a good dyno in Dallas and from your numbers it sounds like he knows what he is doing. I also like the fact that you said you were able to wait while they dyno'ed the bike. Thanks...

My bike is stock accept for stage one and a S&S 510 gear driven cam. My numbers after stage one were 72.5 horse power and 83.5 ft-lbs of torque. After the cam install I never got the bike dynoed. I also went from Samson slip ons to supertrapps so I thought I would dial things in.
New numbers are 83.14 hp and 86.22 ft-lbs - not bad for a bike with almost 45K on it.... or what do you guys say???
Here is the graph

Stock 05 Heritage Clasic, V & H 2-1 Pro Pipe, Ness Big Sucker Stage 1, SERT, Dyno Tuned
MAX HP 72.7
MAX Torque 76.2

Runs Great! The only problem I'm having that dealership cant seem to fix is some back fire or popping on deceleration
