I really do not like to use bolt covers. I just and go and replace the whole bolt. Most of the time. The real hard to reach areas, I will put a chrome hot topper on it. Now, my question, Does anyone know for sure if the company Hottoppers went out of business? I placed a small order just recently and they won't return phone calls, emails. It's been a week now. But they did charge my credit card. I hope someone on here can help me out on this so I can get my money back. Thanks to all who reply...Ray...
That stinks! Based on that other thread/email, this sounds like fraud. Contact your cc company asap and if needed, send them a copy of that email...They can resolve it for you.
Also, be careful buying the cheap knockoffs, my buddy bought them for his whole bike and ALL the engine ones melted and made a mess...Oh, he couldn't believe what a "good" deal on them off ebay...Not! Ride safe, spring is coming!
Update, Yes I am getting reimbursed. Cannot believe their webpage still advertises though. Does anyone know of a place that sells individual chrome bolt and allen covers? Thanks again...
