Sure can, Harley markets some of them. But the biggest source is "Hot Toppers".
You can get kits from them to cover just the frame parts, engine, drivetrain, or damn near every nut, screw, and bolt head on the bike.
You should be able to find them on the web and I know a lot of the dealers around here either carry their stuff or just have some of their little catalogs for you to take.

its a local place...took them off my bike,they are nice if you NEVER have to work on it.you need to silicone the bigger ones on so they dont fly off and if you need to work on your bike then you need to pry them off damaging the topper and the chrome cover your prying against then get the silicone out of the torx hole so you can remove the bolt.

Can't argue with that, in fact that's why I'm saving my pennies.
I would like to replace all the nuts, bolts, and screws with polished stainless steel pieces.
They are much easier to keep clean and shiney, and never rust.
