Default Samson exhaust suck!

So I need to vent, I ordered 36" mini cholos in black back in October.
After waiting the 4-8 weeks they said it may take I called them,
They said at least a couple more weeks? Fine it's winter now but
Still wanted the pipes so I could go forward with engine mods.
After repeated calls through jan./feb. I was told end of February
First week in march, FINE! I already waited this long right?
So they say if they are not in by this Friday that I can pick a different
Exhaust and the price won't change, well guess what NO PIPES!
WHAT THE F! I wish they would have just told me that they are not
Making this pipe any more! Very poor customer service!

I really hope you get this resolved. Seems that Samson only really gives a crap about its customers when they wage a public complaint on HDForums.

I've had Samson pipes before, but there have been way too many threads in recent months for me to even consider them again. It's a shame really.

I hope Samson is listening and makes the necessary changes, but at this point it's more complaints than raves. I'll spend my money elsewhere. Good luck!

My dealer finished installing my third set of Samson's 36 inch baffled mini cholos. I plan to go check them out tomorrow. As long as I continue to get great service and quality Samson's exhaust will be the ONLY exhaust I'll be buying for my current bikes and any future Harley's I purchase. The sound, the quality, and the look of Samson's exhaust is absolutely amazing. Personal experience beats anything I could possibly read on the Internet.

i love my cholos. Had straight 39s and now 20 degree upsweep 39s. But to each their own.

I have had their 33 inch fishtails on my heritage for 5 years and they have been a good set of pipes. Is it possible to get the chrome ones still and have them powder coated black ?

Question? Why should he have to get chromed pipes then get them powder coated at his own expense, especially after all these months? I have the 39" and I like them but I would have to think before I used them again.

Glad I got mine begore they flaked out and stopped manufacturing and started stringing people along for months on end while they moved. Seems like it either wasnt very well planned or they dont really give a ****.

I never had a problem but there are way to many complaints lately to ignore or blame on the occasional ahole customer

It took over two months to get my wife's straight cut duals in, but they sound really cool. I think overall, we'd get them again, but be prepared for slow service. It's just a matter of what you're willing to wait for.

Bubs 7 true duals were her first choice, and after 9 months of "six more weeks" we cancelled our order. So, waiting two months wasn't so bad!!!
