I would assume it's going to differ depending on what your riding style is. Do you want something ultra sticky for amazing grip? Or do you want longevity?
On my 08 rocker c, I have run 240-260 dunlops and metzlers with the same good results.
Had a delamination failure on a v rubber 260...scary...stay away...
I have been using the 250 dunlop with good results. Goes on with no issues. I usually have been getting the best deals at Den. K..
Dennis Kirk is where I get my tires. BTW, I was only getting 7K with the 200 Dunlops from the factory. I got such lousy mileage with the first rear tire, I figured it had to be a fluke & so I bought another one. Wrong! Trying out Michelins now.
A 260 fits on the rocker and the frames are supposed to be about the same. It is snug but works fine. The 260 metz and the 250 dunlop are almost identical in width. I have been running the dunlop with good results plus it is a hundred bucks less than the metz...
