chrome swing arm covers??

i saw a heritage springer and a heritage softail today. both bikes had nice chrome covers on the upper part of the swing arm. they were 6 inches lng and were cut back like a baloney cut. the swing arms were round like my deluxe, anyone familiar with these? who offers them and are they made for the deluxe??

just found them on harley catalog in softail sec on page 311. they are nice i think ill put them on my wish list..hint hint to wifey
