Default Springer and Risers Question

So I have an 04 Springer Softail now and I'm looking to put some apes on her. Is there issues with running low clearance risers? It has the 4" on it now with standard bars. I'm wondering if I put 2" risers on will that cause issues with the apes and the tank?

I have 1 1/2" risers and a 2" tank lift and I have no problem on my 05 Springer.

It was the Carlini panty droppers i wanted to go with. I don't want the bars to shoot the moon or anything, but would like that relaxed position on the bike. Thanks for the info...It helps!
