V&H Straight Shots Slip-Ons
Anybody have tips for getting these things to mount to the support bracket? It's impossible to get my fingers in there to get the nut started on the bolt and I've tried a wrench, pliers etc...with no luck. I've put pipes on several bikes but this 13' FB is a pain!

Loosen the bolts on the pipe at the bracket. This will give you some wiggle room. Then you can tighten the nuts to the support plate.
After the support plate is firmly mounted tighten the bolts on the pipe. The front pipe will be a bit tougher but it can be done.
I also used some angled needle nose pliers with good success. Once the nut is started I got an open end wrench on it.

Well, finally got em on. I took the muffler support bracket off and got the front muffler on loose and put that back on. Then I put the rear on and tightened everything down. Still a pain but got it. Thanks.
