Default HHI or PM 6 piston

Im looking to upgrade the front caliper to a 6 piston. Im looking for feedback for either of the two brands. Will the improvement be minimal or greatly improved? What are your thoughts? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Had the PM on my Fatboy, they look great but honestly I couldn't tell any difference in braking.

I'd consider also as a possibility the 6 pistons Brembo front caliper used on Touring models. Just saying...

I have the six piston HHI. I can tell the difference. I went with the HHI mainly because it has a clean look. Got a pretty deal with the caliper and steel braided line from Hogpro. Hogpro is a forum sponsor and gives a little bit of a discount.

I have considered that, but are they a direct bolt on? Do I need larger rotors? I was told at the dealership that they are not a direct bolt on. i don't know what would be needed to make it work, if you can.

Pretty sure the stock brembos on touring bikes are 4 piston.

Default whoa!

I went with the PM 6 piston but upgraded the disc to 13". Mucho difference. The brakes were anemic before and now I have something to hang on to. To me worth the money spent.

You're right! My mystake, I thought 4 but wrote 6!
As for the fitting I have no direct experience but I asked about it since I was interested in installing the left touring front caliper on my Breakout and I was told that there shouldn't be any issue. That's all I know...

+1 on being able to feel the difference and liking the clean look of the HHI over PM.
