I think the chrome lowers/fangs are actually beautiful... Now I think the acrylic lowers are fuggly...

 

I like em to. they beef up the front end and since I like the shiny stuff a little more chrome doesn't hurt either.

 

Well, I bought my bike to ride not to stare at. Don't get me wrong looks count but not at the expense of comfort. Those front deflectors work and allow me to rack up more miles with more comfort. I have heard that the new screen with the wind vane in the middle takes care of some of that buffeting but at 400 bucks I'll be happy with what I have for awhile.
