Highest torque setting
What's the highest torque wrench value/setting on a Harley?

I'm not sure if this is the highest, but the engine compensator sproket nut is 150 ft. lbs.

I would guess a 1/2" torque wrench would be enough. They are rated to 250 ftlbs.
