I had the dealer put on a V&H BSS exhaust, fuelpak and larger air cleaner. Would there be an upgrade in performance if I changed that air cleaner out with a RSD black ops turbine? And would there need to be any adjustments made to the fuelpak?

 

Id say no. Both provide more air than the engine can use until you start increasing the displacement.
