panamoncreel,

Could you please give us a measurement from bar end to bar end.
I haven't got a tape measure with me here at work. But doing my best with a 12" ruler, the bars in air straight across from tip to tip are around 33". I doublechecked my parts list from when I first ordered the bike and my bars are indeed Harley part # 56760-04, with the 56850-04 riser kit (which I can't seem to locate in the accessories search now).
35", from grip tip to grip tip.

Between the Springer front end and the wide leverage of the beach bars, I almost dumped the bike the very first turn. The thing turns on a dime with hardly any resistance compared to my old bike's standard forks and drag bar setup. Be *reallllly* careful first ride or two... especially, as Dinger pointed out, if you plan on splitting lanes.

Here is a pic of bike with the bars. I think that they measure 35 1/2 inches. I find them so much more comfortable over stock. Anything bigger would be hard to ride on a regular basis. But I am 6'4" so my reach is long, maybe that is why i find it so comfortable.

orgcrsh,

Thanks for sharing the pic. Your bike looks great too.

I will be installing mine as soon as the steel braided lines arrive.

Will post some pics upon completion
