i ordered them from Samson and had old fort Harley in fort smith Arkansas put them on. i didn't notice they were off till a few days later. i haven't seen any others off like this. there more noticeable when the bike is vertical.
They should have noticed this at the dealership when they installed them. I've had 3 sets of samson true duels and none of them had that problem or any problem for that matter.
I'm unable to tell from your photo, and I may be incorrect, but there should be a header pipe and a separate Tail pipe. You should be able to loosen the brackets and clamps and adjust the two (Left and Right) Tail pipes so that their orientation matches each other.
Take it back to the dealer. Could be a bad install job. Either way, if they installed them I can't believe they would let them leave like that, product flaw or installed poorly. Actually, from an HD dealer, yes I can. Looks like something the dealer in my area would do, which is why they don't touch my bike anymore.
I installed my 42s this weekend and had the same exact problem. If you look carefully, you'll see your left bracket hanging lower where the pipes bolts on.
Last night I took off the heat shields. loosened the clamps, and pushed up on the left pipe and it all fell into place.
You just have to work with them to get them lined up.
Like Bone Doc says, it's an installation problem, not a Samson problem.

Like the other guys say.
I installed mine and had to adjust them with the bolts loosened until they lined up. Then I tightened the bolts. It looks like your dealer just slapped them on and tightened them up and said it was good to go. I love my Samsons.
