Default torque specs

ive got to put a new drive belt on my '96 heritage. does anyone have the torque specs so i can get this done? thanks this will be my first time doing this so any help and/or suggestions would be appreciated.

That's a lot of torque specs to do that job without a manual. Exhaust (to pull out the pivot bolt), starter, clutch assembly, compensator, rear wheel and the entire primary all has to come off. Primary requires a new gasket kit, which doesn't include a new compensator bolt (per my 2009 manual). How do I know? I've done it. Took about 10 hours in all.
