I was reading the best mods for the $$$ thread and would like to know if the FIAMM Freeway Blaster horn part number 72112 works on the Rocker, yes/no, other options? Thanks.
I'm in the other option category...LOL. I pulled the 5 pound chrome boat anchor off my rocker and installed a small car horn, bought from the auto parts store for 5 bucks, which fit perfectly on one of the factory tabs under my frame in the front by my shifter. Now its out of sight and still works fine.
Got me one of these. Lots louder than stock. Mounted it in roughly the stock location, needed to make a simple bracket. Stock wires plugged right in... didn't use a relay, hasn't fried the horn switch yet after a couple of years use. About $60 in the chrome version.
Cover it with a plastic bag if you pressure wash, or it won't be happy.

I rather go for the $15 if the FIAMM Freeway Blaster horn part number 72112, but does it work on the rocker? The other thread said it was plug in.
I'd guess it would work fine. I don't know whether it or the Wolo is louder. Did some testing with a decibel meter on a few things, but didn't include the Fiamm. What I found is that decibel claims are mostly crap. Not that anyone in particular is outright fibbing, but most don't include the actual test conditions, like how far the decibel meter was from the horn, and whether it was in an open field or a garage.
Personally, I think the sound of a two-tone air horn is more attention-getting.

OK… I will look for it. I like the engine guards that you have on the Rocker, do you have a brand and part number?
It's a Lindby bar. I don't have access to my receipts right now, so you could call them to get the part number that fits the Rocker. They're quite knowledgeable and helpful on the phone.
Once you get the part #, you can find it on line for much less than the price they list.
If you're aggressive on corners, the Lindby' a little shy on cornering clearance, but maybe they all are (that's the main reason I don't also have an engine guard on the Wideglide).
Extended bracket so it sits halfway into the downtubes.
It's mounted above a Leatherworks tool bag that I added chrome domed timing covers to the ends to bling it out.
