I got this used chrome toolbox which is Harley Davidson. But I have no idea how to open it? The key looks odd? Does anyone know how to get this thing open and what kind of key?

This is a common style lock. It can be opened by sticking small flat edge screwdrivers into the two openings and rotating the cylinder to the right. You can easily make your own key by filing a piece of metal leaving 2 tabs protruding from the end.

 

I've used 2 nails side by side in a pinch.
