I copied the wrong part # from page 468 in the 2010 catalog, when I was putting together a laundry list for my '10 Street Glide. When it was delivered, I opened the box, read the instruction lit. and lo and behold it said '08 later Softail, Dyna etc. but '02-'07 Touring. 
The paperwork went back into the box and now it's 4 sale. It literally hasn't been out of the box. It will work on your '10 Heritage. Lemme know. Mike
