Are they new, used and does the come with mounting hardware? Thanks.

They are like new. No scratches or scuffs. The previous owner put them on and they had less than 500 miles on the bike. I took them off as soon as I got the bike home. I don't have any extra hardware as they were mounted with the stock bolts from the night train.

What year of bike they come off of? Primary gssket or o ring?

Had them on a 2000 Night Train. I'd take $120 for the set shipped obo.
