yes, it comes with the mounting hardware (clamps). If you are referring to having a spring seat, that should not matter. what city/town in Canada?

I meant the seat post that holds the coil, I am removing it out of the way, and I am not sure if the system requires the seat post ?

Sorry I did not mention that we only use United States Postal Service over the border (I know i know.. we do have a border 
), UPS (and fedex) charge criminal brokerage fees, if I pay 77$ shipping with them, I would expect another 150$ in brokerage b.s. fees.
Please find out the cost using USPS.

Ya, i checked it twice...ridiculous getting anything into that country. i shipped a car part via UPS years back to a guy in canada...he wasn't too happy about paying those fees! then again he never specified lol
