You guys with the lowered bikes how bad do you scrape in turns.....I have lost almost half the circumference of the pipe and bolt on bottom of primary has lost almost half the head and primary cover it self have road rash ....been thinking about raising it an inch to see what that does
Used to scrape some with the ProPipe. Took it up to the Malibu Canyon this weekend and the new X-Pipe doesn't scrape at all.
A buddy of mine is giving me a killer deal on a paint job but thats means I'd have to stop riding it so he can paint it! It might have to wait until winter. lol

Yeah, down time is tough! Especially up here where we have short summers. But at the same time it is tought to pass up a good deal when someone else is going to do it. I am finishing up my girl friends paint job tonight... Just wetsanding the second coat of clear! Woo Hoo! Man I forgot how much I hate prep work!

Sand it and rattle can it primer black until the winter.
I thought about that but if I'm going to pull everything off I might as well go ahead and have it painted, lol. I'm just being lazy because he said he would have it done quick.
I got a lot of heart into this one. My first bike. I just got it put back together. I got ran over on a surface street back in June. Hope yall like her.

Does anyone have a schematic for the front axle on a springer? mine has hte speedo on the left. I took my wheel off to straighten it, and I think I lost a washer but am not 100% sure. Any help would be great.
