I will try and get up and see how I feel in the am. If it is more of the same, I will stick around here. If I feel better, there is a chance I will bring my daughter and ride. What time do you plan on getting back?
I really have no idea. I've never done this route before, so I don't know how long it takes. BLade might be able to answer that question. Hopefully it's earlier than last weekend.
Man, I sure wish I could ride w/ you guys but the bike is still in the shop. They had a part on the Dyno that needed repairs so it has been sent off and should be back by the first of next week at the latest. I should be good to go next Saturday, but I probably won't have the bike until around 10 am. They have assured me they will "take care of me," so we will see what that entails.
It's about a 4 hour trip ifya don't fart around,,,,,,,,like I do! Whats y'alls hurry?
******: We have dogs that we need to get home to, before they mess all over the house.
I'm guessing 5-6 hours with lunch and a few stops. I like to stretch, but also take in the scenery. Last week just took forever since we got caught in that storm. We took forever to eat lunch since it was raining, then we stopped at gas station to avoid the rain for about an hour, and the trip back was slow going due to wet roads. I'm thinking we should be back at 3:00 at the latest.
Man, Dynamite. That sucks. Maybe you should have waited until winter to have your bike tuned up. You're missing some good ridin' time. Hopefully we'll see you next weekend.

Ideally I would have had it back by now. As my luck would have it...as usual, they have to get a part repaired. It doesn't matter when I do something, some kind of freaky stuff happens. I should be used to it by now. The thing runs way too rich for reasons we won't discuss here and it needed to be done sooner rather than later. I'll catch up eventually.
Wet but safe, we came upon a terrible MC accident on Hwy 11, just on the Western side of Hwy 101. Bad wreck at least 2 Bikes involved.
Glad to meet you and Gwen,
